The Ultimate Christmas Pizza

A fun and festive way to use your holiday leftovers!
This UK Pizza Hut-inspired pizza is topped with not-turkey, sage and onion stuffing, and brussels sprouts on a red wine gravy base.
The Ultimate Christmas Pizza
Ingredients
Red Wine Gravy
1/2 cup of full-bodied wine, such as a merlot
1 1/2 tbsp tapioca starch (or corn starch)
1 1/4 cups vegetable stock
1 tbsp of Panache Cranberry & Port Jelly or another dark berry jelly
1 Pre-made Pizza Dough (youโve done enough prep this year, letโs make it easy and buy some pre-made dough, usually found in the freezer aisle)
I pack of Gardein Turkey Cutlets or another plant-based meat alternative
A few Sage and Onion stuffing balls, broken up into bits and pieces
A handful of brussels sprouts, roughly chopped
Plant-based Shredded Mozza-style Cheese
Directions
Red Wine Gravy
In a saucepan whisk the wine and tapioca starch together until combined. Turn the heat on to medium-high and add the vegetable stock and jelly.
Stir until the gravy begins to thicken, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat to let it cool.
Note - You can replace red wine gravy for regular gravy, but I promise you, the red wine gravy makes this pizza!!
Pizza
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Fry turkey cutlets according to packaging. Once cooked, thinly slice and set aside.
Roll out your pizza dough and add the desired amount of red wine gravy for your base.
Next add the turkey cutlet slices, sage and onion stuffing pieces, and brussels sprouts and top with shredded Mozza-style cheese.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and serve!!
